Olga Kouznetsova – a qualified and experienced lawyer, patent attorney who has extensive experience in representing Belarusian and foreign clients before the National Centre of Intellectual Property of the Republic of Belarus and the Eurasian Patent Office, World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO), as well as in the registration of inventions, utility models, design and trademarks and defending clients’ rights in intellectual property objects in courts.
The lawyer is the Secretary of the Belarusian Group of the AIPPI and is the Chairperson of the Board of the Belarusian Association of Patent Attorneys. Olga Kouznetsova has written a number of articles on industrial property rights which appeared in Belarusian and foreign press.
Valiantsin Rachkouski has actively been working in the area of intellectual property for already 15 years. He started his career in the Belarussian Patent Office. Mr Rachkouski represented the Belarusian clients in the World Intellectual Property Organisation and the European Patent Organisations, was a presiding member of the Board of Appeal in the National Intellectual Property Centre and represented the interests of the centre in the Supreme Court of the Republic of Belarus. He also was the manager of the company providing patent services of the Belarusian Chamber of Industry and Commerce. In 2012, Mr Rachkouski was qualified as a patent attorney of Belarus; later on, he became the manager of the intellectual property agency “BelBrand Consult” which in 2016 joined the team of METIDA.
Pavel Klementsov has already been engaged in the law of intellectual property for nine years. During the period from 2007 to 2010 he worked at the Department of Law and International Treaties and the Department of Registers of the National Centre of Intellectual Property. Later on, he carried out a work placement in one of the leading law firms in Paris and worked as a lawyer in the company providing patent services of the Belarusian Chamber of Industry and Commerce. Mr Klementsov has a broad range of expertise in the field of protection of intellectual property rights. In 2014, Pavel Klementsov was qualified as a patent attorney of Belarus.
