Olga Kouznetsova has practised in the field of intellectual property protection since 1978. Olga Kouznetsova started her career in the Patent Department of the Belarusian Polytechnic Institute in Minsk in the position of a patent expert and was responsible for the registration and protection of intellectual property objects. In 1993 Olga Kouznetsova became a Patent Attorney of Belarus, in 1995 – Eurasian Patent Attorney. Olga Kouznetsova has been working in Belorussian office of METIDA Law Firm of Reda Zaboliene since 2012.

Olga Kouznetsova gained extensive practice in representation of Belarusian and foreign clients before the National Centre of Intellectual Property of the Republic of Belarus and the Eurasian Patent Office, as well as in the registration of inventions, utility models, designs and trademarks.

Olga Kouznetsova is the Secretary of the Belarusian Group of the AIPPI and is the Chairperson of the Board of the Belarusian Association of Patent Attorneys. She has written a number of articles related to the field of industrial property rights which were published in the Belarusian and foreign press.
