Mrs. Reda Zaboliene – Attorney-at-Law, Patent Attorney of the Republic of Lithuania and European Patent Attorney, Community Trademark and Design Attorney – has practiced in the area of intellectual property law since 1987. During her long career she has gained vast experience representing clients in lawsuits regarding trademarks, designs and inventions.

She also represents Lithuanian and foreign clients before the Lithuanian State Patent Bureau (SPB), the EUIPO and the European Patent Office (EPO). Mrs. Reda Zaboliene represents the Republic of Lithuania before the European Community Trademark Association (ECTA) as a member of the Design Committee (a lot of years she was a member of the Council and the Law Committee), before the European Patent Institute (EPI) as a member of the Litigation Committee.

Mrs. Reda Zaboliene has been a member of the Lithuanian Patent Attorneys Association since 1992 and a member of the Lithuanian Bar Association since 2005. She is also a member of international organisations – the International Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property (AIPPI), the International Trademark Association (INTA) and the International Federation of Intellectual Property Attorneys (FICPI).

Mrs. Reda Zaboliene participates in international conferences and she is the author of many articles published in international publications.
